Ingredients

Scale
    • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, thinly sliced
    • 4 cups potatoes, diced
    • 1 onion, thinly sliced
    • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
    • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
    • 1 cup beef broth
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

    1. Prepare Ingredients: Thinly slice the beef sirloin, dice the potatoes, and thinly slice the onion and bell pepper.
    2. Layer Ingredients: In the crockpot, layer half of the diced potatoes, followed by half of the sliced beef, onions, and bell peppers. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
    1. Season: In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour the seasoning mixture evenly over the ingredients in the crockpot.
    2. Cook: Cover the crockpot and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours, or until the beef is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
    3. Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese over the top of the casserole during the last 30 minutes of cooking, allowing it to melt and become gooey.
    4. Serve: Once the cheese is melted and bubbly, garnish the casserole with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy the comforting flavors of this delicious crockpot cheesesteak potato casserole.
