Avocado Mango Salad is a fast and refreshing salad recipe full of flavor and taste. This savory mango salad combines the flavors of cumin, chili powder, and honey with ease that leaves you wanting just “one more bite”. Ingredients
• 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced
• 2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and diced
• 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
• Juice of 1 lime
• Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, diced avocados, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, and chopped jalapeño pepper.
2. Drizzle the lime juice over the salad and gently toss to combine.
3. Season the salad with salt and pepper, to taste, and toss again until evenly distributed.
4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the avocado mango salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
